AMC senior officer announcements

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (USTCNS) --- Air Mobility Command senior officer announcements:

Col. Felix J. Stalls III, currently staff judge advocate, 15th Air Force, Travis AFB, Calif., will retire effective Aug 1.

Col. Chaplain Carlo F. Montecalvo, command chaplain, Air Mobility Command Headquarters, Scott AFB, Ill., will become chief, personnel material readiness, United States Air Force Headquarters, Bolling AFB, Washington D.C., effective July.

Col. Chaplain Charles H. Locklin III, chief programs and professional development division, Pacific Air Force Headquarters, Hickam AFB, Hawaii, will replace Col. Montecalvo effective June.

Col. David R. Miller, commander 721st Air Mobility Operations Group, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, will become deputy director of plans and programs, Air Mobility Command Headquarters, Scott AFB, effective July.

Col. Glenn A. Mackey, deputy commander, 437th Operations Group, Charleston AFB, S.C., will become chief, operational programming division, directorate of plans and programs, Air Mobility Command Headquarters, Scott AFB, Ill., effective July.

Col. William P. Stewart Jr., deputy commander, 43rd Operations Group, Pope AFB, N.C., will become assistant director of operations, 21st Air Force, McGuire AFB, N.J., effective Jun.

Col. John J. Walters, director of staff, 21st Air Force, McGuire AFB, N.J., will become chief, safety division, 21st Air Force, McGuire AFB, N.J., effective March. (FROM AIR MOBILITY COMMAND PUBLIC AFFAIRS).
