AMC senior officer announcements
Col. Larry L. Jensen, director of staff, 89th Airlift Wing, Andrews Air Force Base, Md., will retire effective September. Col. Michael M. Wyka, commander, 611th Air Support Group, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, will replace him effective July.
Col. Donald T. Burnet, wing chaplain, 60th Air Mobility Wing, Travis AFB, Calif., will retire effective September. Col. Gregory J. Malinsky, wing chaplain, 48th Fighter Wing, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Royal Air Force, Lakenheath, United Kingdom, will replace him effective August.
Col. Wanda E. Bisbal, chief, Air Transportation Program Division, Directorate of Operations, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, Ill., will become commander, 96th Logistics Group, Air Force Material Command, Eglin AFB, Fla., effective July. Col. Thomas L. Alston, commander, 60th Aerial Port Squadron, Travis AFB, Calif., will replace her effective June.
Col. Steven E. Ross, chief, Global Protection Division, Directorate of Security Forces, HQ AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., will become provost marshall, Fifth Air Force, Yokota Air Base, Japan, effective May.
Col. Yoshio Smith, vice commander, 92nd Air Refueling Wing, Fairchild AFB, Wash., will become commander, AFROTC Detachment 905, AFROTC, Washington State University, Pullman, Wash., effective July.
Col. Henry A. Haisch Jr., deputy commander, 437th Logistic Group, Charleston AFB, S.C., will become deputy director, operations management, Tanker Airlift Control Center, HQ AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., effective July.
