AMC officer announcements
Brig. Gen. Arthur F. Diehl III, commander, 6th Air Mobility Wing, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., will become director of marketing, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Col. John C. Scherer, chief, Commander's Action Group, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, Ill., will retire effective September. Col. Randy P. Viera, deputy commander, 305th Operations Group, McGuire AFB, N.J., will replace him.
Col. Joseph F. Cirrincione, chief, Military Personnel Plans Division, Directorate of Personnel, HQ AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., will retire effective Aug. Lt. Col. Kenneth F. Hollenbeck, deputy commander, 60th Support Group, Travis AFB, Calif., will replace him effective July.
Col., Clarence J. Evans, chief, Mobility Division, J-4, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pentagon, Va., will become deputy director, Global Channel Operations, Tanker Airlift Control Center, HQ AMC, Scott AFB, Ill., effective Oct.
