AMC senior officer announcements
Col. Carl D. Evans, currently commander, 463d Airlift Group, Little Rock AFB Ark., will become chief, Operations Assignments Division, Headquarters, Air Force Personnel Center, Randolph AFB, Texas, effective October.
Col. Mark O. Schissler, currently chief, Organizational Policy Branch, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pentagon Va., will replace Evans effective October.
