SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (USTCNS) --- Air Mobility Command has made the following announcements:
Col. Ken K. Higashihara, chief, Airlift Aircraft Maintenance Division, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Directorate of Logistics, Scott AFB, will retire effective Feb 1.
Col. Mikel L. Klackle, special assistant to the director of logistics, Headquarters, Air Mobility Command AMC, Scott AFB, will replace Higashihara effective in November.
Col. Marshall K. Sabol, executive officer to the vice chief of staff, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, will replace Col. David S. Gray as commander, 319th Air Refueling Wing, Grand Forks AFB, N.D., effective in September.
