A Message from the Secretary of the Army

"On behalf of all the members of America's Army, I'd like to express my condolences to the families of U.S. citizens killed or injured in the terrorist attacks conducted against the United States on Sept. 11, 2000".

"I urge all members of the Army to remain vigilant against possible future attacks. Rest assured, America will prevail in the fight against terrorism-and our Army is prepared to do its part!"
