AMC general officer, senior officer announcements
Brig. Gen. Richard J. Casey, commander, 43rd Airlift Wing, Pope AFB N.C., will become director, Combat Support, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics), at the Pentagon.
Col. Winfield W. Scott III, AMC inspector general, will replace Casey. Scott was recently selected for promotion to brigadier general.
Col. Richard E. Fitzhugh Jr, AMC director of personnel, will retire effective March 1.
Col. Randy G. Tillery, special assistant to the AMC vice commander will replace Fitzhugh effective in February.
