Commander addresses Reserve Component Chiefs/Adjutants General conference

Gen. Duncan J. McNabb, commander, U.S. Transportation Command, addresses attendees of the USTRANSCOM Reserve Component Chiefs and Adjutants General Conference March 25 and 26 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The two-day event brought together the National Guard Adjutants General from across the country and the Chiefs of the Reserve Components.
