Martin and crew filmed interviews with Maj. Gen, Michael Lally, director of Operations and Plans directorate, Navy Capt. Aaron Stanley, USTRANSCOM Strategy, Policy, Programs and Plans directorate and Air Force Col. Robert Brisson, USTRANSCOM operations and Plans directorate.

The team expects the feature story to air on the CBS Evening News sometime this week.  Locally, KMOV – TV4 airs that newscast at 5:30 p.m.

The crew also taped various locations around USTRANSCOM, Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command as well as the Tanker Airlift Control Center.

Martin and Walsh thanked members of USTRANSCOM and SDDC and said they were very impressed with the professionalism of the organizations’ people and that they greatly appreciated the efforts of all in making their visit successful.
