Gen. Fraser awards Commander’s Innovation Showcase-PHOTO ONLY

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. – Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander U.S. Transportation Command awarded his first Commander's Innovation Showcase, Feb. 8, to the International Heavyweight Tender Development and Execution Team. 

Pictured here with the general, the team members from SDDC, TCAQ, TCJ8, and TCJ3 combined efforts to develop and execute a bridging strategy to provide seamless multi-modal support to the warfighter while a new Universal Services Contract was being negotiated.
