USTRANSCOM establishes a new Innovation Pipeline process for military and government civilians to participate in developing innovative ideas into results by allowing team members to submit ideas for organizational improvements, cost-savings, customer satisfaction, and other measures of operational impact.
The intent of the IP is to provide team members with another avenue of process improvement regardless scope of idea, or workforce position.
Overseeing the IP is the Innovation Cultivation Committee; which is responsible for determining organizational value of idea submissions and moving them through the Pipeline. Individuals of any rank or grade can be nominated or self-apply to be part of the ICC by contacting Brad Eastman, TCJ4-LS, at Bradford.Eastman@ustranscom.mil.
This is an opportunity to get involved in improving the command, whether through submitting an innovative idea or becoming part of the ICC. The IP eliminates barriers within USTRANSCOM, pushing great ideas to the top.
