USTRANSCOM Announces New Senior Enlisted Leader (PHOTOS ONLY)

Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander, U.S. Transportation Command, passed the USTRANSCOM flag to Chief Master Sgt. William W. Turner and with it the position of USTRANSCOM Senior Enlisted Leader, during a ceremony March 28 in the Scott Club, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
