Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander, USTRANSCOM, signed the founding Concept of Operations for the DOD's Transportation-Logistics Intelligence Enterprise (TIE) 2 May.
The TIE will synchronize and prioritize the production efforts of USTRANSCOM, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) to provide a single focal point for the more efficient and effective delivery of transportation-logistics intelligence to all DOD customers. Gen Fraser's signature on the document is accompanied by that of LTG Michael Flynn, Director, DIA, and Ms Letitia Long, Director, NGA.
