SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (USTCNS) --- The commander in chief of U.S. Transportation Command will host the next Customer Day on 17-18 Oct. 2000 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill, in the Global Reach Planning Center.
The theme will be "One Mission, One Voice, One Team." We will review the results of the USTRANSCOM customer survey, update progress of issues from Customer Day 1999 and council of colonels/captains 2000, and provide DTS customers the opportunity to present new issues or concerns.
Based on feedback from previous customer day events, we will continue with up to three breakout sessions on selected topics. Therefore, no later than 25 Aug. 2000, request input on suggested breakout session topics and facilitators, as well as recommended agenda no later than 1 Sep. 2000: please provide name, rank, social security account number, organization, duty title, and e-mail address of your primary attendee(s). For billeting and transportation arrangements, we will contact each individual via e-mail to make appropriate arrangements.
USTRANSCOM points of contact are Mr. Chuck Dee, (e-mail: charles.dee@hq.transcom.mil) and Cmdr. Gary Waring, (e-mail:
