USTRANSCOM, AMC colonels nominated for one-star promotion
Air Force Col. David R. Lefforge has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Lefforge is currently serving as executive officer to the commander in chief, U.S. Transportation Command and commander, Air Mobility Command, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
Air Force Col. Winfield W. Scott III has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Scott is currently serving as inspector general, U.S. Transportation Command and inspector general, Air Mobility Command, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
Air Force Col. William T. Lord has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Lord is currently serving as director, Communications and Information, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
The promotions are subject to U.S. Senate confirmation.
