USTRANSCOM Army officers selected for promotion to colonel
SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (USTCNS) --- Four U.S. Transportation Command Army officers were selected for advancement to the rank of colonel it was announced by Army Personnel Command in Washington Jan. 24.
Selected officers are:
Lt. Col. Edward P. Donnelly Jr.
Lt. Col. William T. Cain
Lt. Col. Paul K. Martin
Lt. Col. Ralph C. Burkart
The selected officers will be promoted later this year.
