SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (USTCNS, Sept. 23, 2005) --- An Air Mobility Command C-5 Galaxy touched down this afternoon in Dallas safely delivering patients from Beaumont, Texas to awaiting medical professionals. Since Wednesday, Sept. 21, approximately 3,000 people were evacuated from areas in the path of Rita - almost half were patients requiring medical care while en route.
