USTRANSCOM holds focus groups for iDistribute
"iDistribute.mil is an online customizable operations-centric workspace which organizes global distribution information one place, available to the warfighter anytime, anywhere," said Damelsa White, iDistribute creative lead for USTRANSCOM. "Users across the JDDE (Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise) can log on to collaborate with colleagues, make optimal decisions and track shipments."
The focus group was organized in order to provide constructive feedback on an improved website design. Participants evaluated the look and feel of the design and its usability during interactive sessions led by moderator Jay Fedora.
As a result of the focus groups, iDistribute's creative team is poised to make dozens of improvements to the site that will increase the portal's usability to end users throughout the JDDE.
