SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. – Lt. Gen. Kathleen Gainey, deputy commander U.S. Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., addresses the crowd, May 18, during a ceremony at McKendree University in Lebanon, Ill., dedicating a monument at Bothwell Chapel.
The monument was donated to the Lewis and Clark Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, and McKendree University by the family of the late Donald Worley and his son Kent D. Worley, university alumni.
