Become part of the conversation - USTRANSCOM welcomes customer comments on Reach Out Day
The command invites customers and partners to help with this month's Reach Out Day by providing direct feedback on how well the USTRANSCOM team has served them.
Scott Air Force Base, Ill. - U.S. Transportation Command leaders, responding to feedback from the annual March questionnaire, have initiated changes to encourage greater focus on building collaboration and trust with partners and customers around the world.
One of the changes is designating the last Wednesday of the month as Reach Out Day. This day serves to reinforce a culture of information-sharing, innovation and collaboration to increase trust and strengthen relationships between USTRANSCOM and its partners and customers.
On each Reach Out Day, members of the command team can choose among a variety of activities that reinforce the importance of relationship-building in mission success.
The command invites customers and partners to help with this month's Reach Out Day by providing direct feedback on how well the USTRANSCOM team has served them by answering one or more of the following questions:
. What do you value most about USTRANSCOM?
. Is it easy to work with us?
. What are we doing well?
. How can we better serve you?"
