USTRANSCOM Navy element ice cream social

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. – Members of the U.S. Transportation Command Navy element Morale, Welfare and Recreation committee held a two-hour ice cream social, July 25, in the break room of Building 1900 West.  Sailors from around the command dished out frozen treats to USTRANSCOM military and civilian workers on one of the hottest days of the year.
