SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. – In compliance with the Secretary of Defense Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Stand-Down Directive, U.S. Transportation Command will conduct a series of SAPR-related activities throughout June.
As the initial event of the series, Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander USTRANSCOM, held an All-Call June 24 at the Scott Club which featured a presentation by Pamela Dorsey, Scott Air Force Base sexual assault response coordinator.
