Adm. Cecil D. Haney, commander, U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb, visited U.S. Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. April 16, to discuss pertinent issues concerning both commands. In addition to attending a roundtable discussion with Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander, USTRANSCOM, and members of the command. Haney also received tours and briefings of USTRANSCOM historical displays, the Fusion Center and the Joint Cyber Center during his half-day visit.
