The USTRANSCOM Senior Enlisted Group recognized U.S. Navy HN Steven W. Jacobs of USTC/SG as the 1st Quarter "Sharp Troop Award" winner, 21 April 2014. Jacobs was coined by the SEG President and received a certificate signed by USTRANSCOM Senior Enlisted Leader, U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. William Turner.
